Monian Limited is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s information technology operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security and reliability, supporting business applications, and driving technology initiatives that align with organizational goals.

IT MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing ERP, CRM, and property management systems.
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and IT performance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
  • Experience supporting real estate, property management, or facilities management operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver effective IT solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage day-to-day IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of property management software and integrated business systems.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, virtualization infrastructure, and enterprise networks.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems through effective governance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Monitor and improve IT service delivery by establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to the IT team and end users.
  • Manage ERP, CRM, and property management systems to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT-related services and solutions.
  • Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
