INVENTORY CLERK

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or similar inventory management role.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management practices.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform accurate stock counts and maintain inventory records.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory items when required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent English communication skills is required.
  • Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information regularly.
  • Perform stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and issuing inventory items.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and warehouse management standards.
  • Operate inventory management systems and prepare inventory reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to support inventory requirements.
  • Ensure inventory areas are organized, clean, and properly maintained.
  • Assist in moving and handling inventory items when required.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

  • Updated CV

  • COE (Certificate of Employment)
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
