Buraimi Berries is seeking experienced Ice Cream Handlers to prepare and serve premium ice cream products while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness, contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ice Cream Handler

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in ice cream shops or similar establishments in the Philippines is required.
• Must be a Senior High School graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve ice cream, frozen desserts, and related menu items according to company standards.
• Scoop, portion, and present ice cream consistently with attention to quality and appearance.
• Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Answer customer inquiries and make product recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, utensils, and display areas.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ice cream products and ingredients.
• Replenish supplies, toppings, and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer payments accurately when required.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and report stock shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Work effectively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
