The HVAC Technician – Wynn Oasis is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within staff housing facilities. This role ensures optimal indoor climate control and energy efficiency, contributing to the comfort and well-being of residents. The technician will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.

HVAC Technician (Wynn Oasis)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain desired temperature and humidity levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to support housing infrastructure needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
