The Electrical Technician – Wynn Oasis is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within staff housing facilities. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, contributing to the overall comfort and safety of staff accommodation. The technician works closely with engineering and maintenance teams to uphold high standards of service and compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

Electrical Technician (Wynn Oasis)

Qualifications:

• 2 years of related experience
• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical technician, preferably in residential or staff housing settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on-call or during non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems in staff housing.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions.
• Install and upgrade electrical fixtures, wiring, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance personnel to resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and service requests.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical projects and renovations.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
