HSE Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
  Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Valid HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred.
• Aramco-approved certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, as well as Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for workers.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
