Al Barakah Kuwait General Trading and Contracting Company is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Public Area Attendants to be assigned in prestigious hotel properties such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn in Kuwait. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of hospitality service.

Housekeeping / Public Area Attendant

Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping or public area maintenance in a hotel setting is preferred
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks and lift items when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Professional appearance and good grooming
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
• Report maintenance issues and damages promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist guests with basic requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and other departments as needed
