Royal Saray Resort is seeking experienced Housekeepers to maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest areas, maintaining assigned spaces, following safety procedures, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.

HOUSEKEEPER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Female applicants only.
• Experience working in a 4–5 star hotel is required.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, stretching, kneeling, and lifting for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with supervisors, guests, and team members.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe handling of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and other housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure guest rooms and assigned areas are properly maintained and presented.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Work independently or as part of a housekeeping team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
