Grapecare LTD. is seeking skilled House Carpenters to perform carpentry work for residential construction projects in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will construct and install structural components, interpret technical drawings, and ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards while following safety regulations.

HOUSE CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a House Carpenter or in a similar carpentry role.
• Must be at least a high school graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and structural drawings.
• Skilled in residential carpentry, framing, and finishing works.
• Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in various construction environments.
• Willing to work in the Czech Republic and comply with company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble structural frameworks such as walls, floors, ceilings, roof trusses, and partitions.
• Install interior and exterior carpentry components, including doors, windows, staircases, trim, cabinets, and other fixtures according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and construction plans.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials accurately.
• Install and dismantle temporary structures or formwork when required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned.
