Danube Company Ltd. is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess / Sales to welcome customers, provide excellent service, and support sales activities in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to create a positive guest experience.

HOSTESS / SALES

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, or showroom floor traffic as applicable.
• Promote products or services to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
