HEAVY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Male applicants preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues, including faulty wiring and component failures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures while working on-site.
• Communicate effectively in basic English with supervisors and team members.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure timely availability and proper functioning of equipment.
