Dreamscapes Ltd. is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as Heavy Equipment Operators in Bermuda. Applicants with extensive experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment for construction, landscaping, and civil works projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Preferably not more than 45 years old.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating and performing routine maintenance on excavators, skid loaders, wheel loaders, concrete boom pumps, forklifts, and heavy trucks.
- Experience in earthmoving and material handling for landscaping, siteworks, civil works, residential construction, and swimming pool projects.
- Knowledge of safe equipment operation, routine inspections, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Willing to take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Duolingo English Test (DET), as required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid loaders, wheel loaders, concrete boom pumps, forklifts, and heavy trucks as required by project operations.
- Perform earthmoving, excavation, loading, unloading, and material-handling tasks for landscaping and construction projects.
- Assist with site preparation and civil works, including residential construction and swimming pool projects.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure machinery remains in good working condition.
- Identify and report equipment defects, mechanical issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow equipment operating procedures, construction plans, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure safe working conditions at the job site.
