Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is looking for an experienced Heat Treatment Operator to manage and operate heat treatment processes for metals and industrial components. The operator will ensure that materials achieve desired mechanical properties and comply with quality standards while adhering to safety and operational procedures.

Heat Treatment Operator

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Heat Treatment Operator or similar role in industrial manufacturing or metal processing.
• Knowledge of heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, tempering, and hardening.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and heat treatment specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic maintenance skills for industrial heat treatment equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Technical or vocational certification in metallurgy, materials engineering, or industrial operations is preferred.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heat treatment furnaces, ovens, and associated equipment according to process specifications.
• Monitor temperature, time, and atmosphere conditions during heat treatment cycles.
• Load and unload materials into furnaces safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and measure materials before and after heat treatment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of production, heat cycles, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on heat treatment equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Coordinate with other production teams to meet production targets.
