One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel is offering an overseas employment opportunity for a Hammam Therapist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide traditional hammam treatments and spa therapies while maintaining high standards of guest care, hygiene, and service quality. Applicants must have a background in Moroccan or Tunisian hammam treatments, hands-on spa therapy experience, and fluent English communication skills.

HAMMAM THERAPIST

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants, 38 years old and below, as stated in the vacancy.
  • Must have a relevant spa therapy background and hands-on experience in spa treatments.
  • Moroccan or Tunisian hammam experience is required for Hammam Therapist applicants.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Must understand spa hygiene, sanitation, and treatment safety procedures.
  • Must be able to provide treatments in accordance with the hotel’s service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform traditional Moroccan or Tunisian hammam treatments according to established spa procedures.
  • Provide body cleansing, exfoliation, and other hammam services appropriate to the hotel’s treatment menu.
  • Consult with guests to understand their preferences and identify relevant treatment considerations.
  • Explain treatment procedures and provide professional recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, steam facilities, linens, and equipment before each appointment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the treatment process.
  • Follow spa safety protocols and established procedures for the proper use of products and equipment.
  • Respect guest privacy, comfort, and cultural preferences during treatments.
  • Monitor guest comfort throughout each session and respond professionally to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and follow appointment schedules.
  • Recommend suitable spa treatments and products when appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa therapists and hotel staff to maintain premium service standards.
