Black Edition Beauty Saloon For Ladies is hiring experienced Hair Dressers to join its professional beauty team in Kuwait. The salon is looking for skilled stylists who are passionate about hair care, styling, and coloring, and who can deliver high-quality salon services to female clients.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced hair professionals with international or local salon experience who can work in a fast-paced beauty environment.

HAIR DRESSER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Hair Dresser or Hairstylist.
• Candidates must hold a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Hairdressing, Beauty Care, or related field.
• Ex-abroad experience in the same role is an advantage.
• Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Knowledge of modern hair techniques and salon practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a salon environment.
• Must have a passport valid for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional hair cutting, trimming, and styling services for female clients.
• Provide hair coloring services including root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, and full-color treatments.
• Carry out hair styling for different occasions such as daily styling, events, and special functions.
• Perform hair treatments including hair repair, conditioning, smoothing, and nourishing procedures.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles based on client facial features, hair type, and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern hair trends, techniques, and salon practices.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of hairdressing tools such as scissors, clippers, brushes, and styling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, tools, and salon area.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
• Follow salon policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional salon environment.
