GUITARIST

Qualifications:

  • Professional-level guitarist with formal musical training or equivalent professional performance experience.
  • Proven experience performing with live bands, tribute shows, musical productions, or in hotel and live entertainment settings.
  • Strong guitar-playing skills and the ability to follow musical direction, arrangements, setlists, and specific performance requirements.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent musical discipline, reliability, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
  • Valid health certificate in accordance with hotel employment requirements.
  • Familiarity with hotel rules and regulations, departmental operating procedures, and health and safety policies.
  • Knowledge of fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures, as well as hotel facilities and services.
  • Responsible handling and safekeeping of hotel instruments, musical equipment, and other property to prevent loss, misuse, or damage.
  • Willingness to participate in rehearsals, meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities as required.
  • Newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guitar parts during live band performances, tribute shows, musical productions, and other scheduled hotel entertainment activities.
  • Follow musical arrangements, setlists, cues, and instructions from the music director, band leader, or entertainment management.
  • Collaborate with singers, musicians, and other performers to deliver coordinated, high-quality musical performances.
  • Attend rehearsals and practice sessions to prepare for scheduled shows and maintain a consistent performance standard.
  • Ensure that guitars, amplifiers, cables, accessories, and other musical equipment are properly prepared and in good working condition before performances.
  • Handle, store, and safeguard hotel-owned instruments and equipment responsibly.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance while performing and interacting with guests, colleagues, and hotel staff.
  • Follow hotel policies, departmental procedures, and occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Observe fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures and remain familiar with relevant hotel facilities and services.
  • Immediately report equipment damage, safety hazards, health risks, or other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities as assigned.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary is € 1,445 net monthly more or less.
  • Forty (40) Work Hours/6 days per week.
  • One (1) years contract, renewable.
