Basmah Contracting Company Ltd is seeking a qualified Grader Operator to perform heavy equipment operations for construction and roadwork projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have GCC experience, a valid GCC driver’s license, and strong operational knowledge of grader machinery.
GRADER OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same field.
- Must have GCC working experience.
- Must possess a valid GCC driver’s license.
- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Willing to be assigned in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledgeable in grader machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of working in construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Operate grader equipment safely and efficiently for road construction and site preparation works.
- Perform grading, leveling, and surface finishing according to project specifications.
- Inspect equipment before and after operation to ensure proper working condition.
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues immediately.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of machinery and work areas.
