Wardeh Company For Industry is seeking a highly experienced Furniture Carpenter Foreman to supervise and coordinate furniture production operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead a team of furniture carpenters, assemblers, and finishers, ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and workplace safety.
FURNITURE CARPENTER FOREMAN
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience as a Furniture Carpenter, Carpenter Foreman, or in a similar supervisory role is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate. - Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, woodworking techniques, cabinetry, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate production personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, furniture designs, and production specifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of furniture makers, assemblers, and finishers to ensure efficient workflow and maximum productivity.
- Plan, organize, and assign daily work schedules to meet project deadlines without compromising quality or craftsmanship.
- Monitor production progress and ensure all furniture is manufactured according to approved specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, assist with onboarding new employees, and provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Implement efficient workshop methods and production processes to reduce delays, improve productivity, and minimize material waste.
- Inspect completed furniture and workmanship to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production managers, designers, and other departments to resolve technical and production issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
- Prepare production reports and monitor material usage to support efficient manufacturing operations.
