Job Talent is seeking experienced Flour Mill Operators / Process Operators to join its food manufacturing operations in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining flour milling and processing equipment while ensuring efficient production, product quality, and compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Flour Mill Operator / Process Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the food industry, specifically in flour milling or grain processing involving cereal, oats, barley, corn, or flour.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Experience performing manual machine adjustments and production changeovers.
• Ability to monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, speed, and operational efficiency.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
• Experience in silo operations and material handling systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor flour milling and processing equipment used for cereal, oats, barley, corn, and flour production.
• Perform manual machine adjustments and product changeovers based on production requirements.
• Monitor and control production parameters, including temperature, machine speed, efficiency, and product quality.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic equipment issues.
• Operate and monitor silo systems for the storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to achieve production targets and continuous process improvement.
