Aknaf Specialized Co. For Plastic Factory is seeking a skilled Flexo / Printing Operator with experience in plastics manufacturing, particularly in sando bag production. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.

FLEXO / PRINTING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing machine operation
• Experience in plastics manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• No minimum educational attainment required
• Male applicants are preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes
• Ability to mix and manage multiple ink colors
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate flexographic printing machines for plastic products (e.g., sando bags)
• Mix and manage 6 to 8 color combinations for printing jobs
• Review job specifications and ensure accurate printing output
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with printing equipment
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
