Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced Field Foreman to supervise and coordinate field operations in industrial, production, or maintenance projects. The Field Foreman ensures that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and company standards.

Field Foreman

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Foreman or in a supervisory role within industrial, construction, or maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, production processes, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot field issues and make quick, effective decisions.
• Technical or vocational qualification in engineering, industrial operations, or relevant field preferred.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia under industrial/field conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of operators, technicians, and helpers in the field.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate field activities to meet project deadlines and operational targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies on-site.
• Monitor the progress of work, report status to management, and address operational issues.
• Conduct inspections of equipment, tools, and materials to ensure proper functioning and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to field personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other departments for smooth workflow.
