Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled and physically fit Precast Fence Installers to join construction and installation projects in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing various types of precast fencing systems, preparing installation sites, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

PRECAST FENCE INSTALLER

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25–48 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Previous experience in fencing installation, construction, precast work, or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and heavy lifting.
  • Ability to operate basic hand tools and construction equipment.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in various site conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Erect and install various types of fencing, fencing panels, posts, gates, and related products.
  • Perform groundwork activities, including digging, site preparation, and foundation work using hand tools and machinery.
  • Measure, set out, and prepare areas for accurate fencing installation.
  • Operate tools, machinery, and site equipment safely and correctly.
  • Load, unload, transport, and organize fencing materials and equipment.
  • Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are properly maintained and used correctly.
  • Follow site health and safety procedures, company policies, and workplace regulations.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual work as required.
