Female Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only, as specified by the position.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience is required.
• Must possess the appropriate nursing degree, professional qualification, and valid Registered Nurse license/registration required for practice and employment in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical care.
• Ability to monitor patients closely and recognize changes in their health condition.
• Good understanding of infection prevention and control, patient safety, and healthcare hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment and remain calm during emergencies.
• Strong organizational, documentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to maintaining patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and high standards of nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care to patients according to established clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed by physicians and according to approved procedures.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatments and promptly report changes in their condition to physicians and the appropriate healthcare team.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, treatments, and patient care activities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patients’ medical conditions and care needs.
• Perform routine nursing procedures, including wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, specimen collection, and other procedures within the scope of professional practice.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and other required clinical documentation.
• Provide health education and appropriate instructions to patients and their families regarding medications, treatments, recovery, and preventive care.
• Maintain proper infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene, use of PPE, and safe handling of medical equipment and waste.
• Ensure patient safety by following established procedures for medication administration, fall prevention, emergency response, and other clinical risks.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and related nursing procedures.
• Ensure nursing equipment, supplies, and patient care areas are clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and comfort at all times.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, workplace safety requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Participate in staff training, clinical meetings, quality improvement activities, and professional development programs as required.
• Perform other nursing and patient care duties assigned by hospital management.
