FEMALE ER HEAD NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a nurse.
• Valid PRC (Philippine Regulation Commission) license required.
• Dataflow and Saudi Council License is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and physically fit for ER duties.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the ER nursing team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate and prioritize patient care in emergency situations.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff in professional development.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reporting as required.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and hospital staff.
