We are seeking highly skilled Engineers for EATON FZE in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for electrical and mechatronic maintenance, automation systems, machine integration, and continuous improvement of high-speed industrial production systems.

ENGINEER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in industrial automation or engineering maintenance
  • Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Chemical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  • Completed training as an Automation Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuit diagrams
  • Experience in industrial automation systems and high-speed production lines is required
  • Willingness to work in shifts, travel, and work occasional weekends
  • Strong English communication skills; German language is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechatronic maintenance, machine assembly, and wiring
  • Conduct preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment
  • Ensure all machine safety systems are functioning properly
  • Program, commission, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and safety control systems
  • Integrate and maintain robotic and automated production systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues
  • Conduct functional and performance tests and optimize production efficiency
  • Support predictive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare technical documentation and support training of staff
  • Collaborate with engineers, toolmakers, and external partners for system improvements
  • Apply Industry 4.0 technologies such as robotics, AMR systems, and automation solutions
