Qualifications:

• Educational Attainment: College graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Gender: Male or Female.
• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Language Proficiency:
  • Japanese: JLPT N4 level or equivalent.
  • English: At least intermediate level.
• Work Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment inspection, cleaning, and adjustment procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate technical records and analyze inspection results.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve technical skills.
• Ability to work responsibly, follow instructions, and cooperate with a team.
• Willingness to work in Japan and comply with the employer’s workplace policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and related systems.
• Conduct daily inspections and cleaning to maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Carry out periodic inspections, adjustments, and necessary maintenance activities.
• Record inspection results, maintenance activities, and equipment performance data accurately.
• Analyze maintenance records and inspection results to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Help prevent equipment breakdowns through regular monitoring and timely maintenance.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, technical standards, and company policies.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous skills development.
• Support human resource development by improving technical competencies and promoting efficient work practices.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
