CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking qualified and experienced Electronic Technicians for an overseas employment opportunity in Greece.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and components. The position involves working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, testing instruments, soldering equipment, and electronic schematics.

ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics repair, PCB assembly, maintenance, or related electronic technician work.
• At least a High School graduate.
• Knowledge of printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, and basic circuit principles.
• Skilled in soldering and desoldering electronic components.
• Experience replacing and repairing electronic components.
• Proficient in using a multimeter and performing electrical measurements.
• Familiarity with electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience in electronic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify defective electronic components.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electronic safety procedures and ESD protection.
• PCB testing, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• English communication skills are required.
• Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment and components.
• Perform PCB assembly, inspection, testing, and repair.
• Diagnose electronic faults and identify defective components.
• Replace damaged or defective electronic components as required.
• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components.
• Use a multimeter and other electronic testing equipment to perform electrical measurements.
• Conduct voltage, resistance, continuity, and other appropriate electrical tests.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Trace electronic circuits to identify faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair where required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electronic equipment.
• Inspect circuit boards for damaged, defective, loose, or improperly installed components.
• Test repaired equipment to confirm proper operation and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, tests, and maintenance activities.
• Follow established electronic repair and maintenance procedures.
• Observe ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection requirements when handling sensitive electronic components.
• Follow electronic equipment safety procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain tools, testing equipment, workstations, and work areas in good condition.
• Work independently and coordinate with other technicians and supervisors when necessary.
• Perform other electronics-related duties as assigned.

Salary Package:

• Salary starts at € 1,000 gross monthly.
• Forty-two (40) working hours/ Five (5) days a week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Contract duration is for 1 year.
