Dreamscapes Ltd. is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as Electrical Technicians (Registered Master Electrician – RME) in Bermuda. Applicants with relevant electrical training and proven construction experience are encouraged to apply.
Electrical Technician (RME)
Qualifications:
- Preferably not more than 45 years old.
- At least 5 years of proven experience working with a construction firm.
- Proficient in installing low-voltage electrical wiring and systems up to 220 volts, appliances, fixtures, solar systems, and lighting.
- Able to read and follow electrical drawings and work closely with a certified electrician or engineer.
- Must have completed an electrical diploma or relevant electrical training.
- A Registered Master Electrician (RME) license is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Willing to take the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Duolingo English Test (DET), as required.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring and systems operating at voltages up to 220 volts.
- Install, connect, and troubleshoot electrical appliances, fixtures, lighting systems, and solar installations.
- Read and follow electrical drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with certified electricians and engineers to complete installation and construction projects.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve electrical installation issues within the scope of assigned duties.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
