Saudi Foam Trays Manufacturing Company is hiring Electrical Maintenance Technicians for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment used in industrial manufacturing operations, ensuring maximum machine reliability and production efficiency.

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Experience in the plastic extrusion or thermoforming industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems, preferably Siemens PLCs.
  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and industrial motor troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of temperature control systems, including heaters and thermocouples.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills for electrical and control systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure during equipment breakdowns.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults in VFD drives, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
  • Maintain and repair temperature control systems, heaters, and thermocouples.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance.
  • Maintain tools, testing instruments, and work areas in safe and operational condition.
