ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • 40 years old and below.
  • Physically fit and capable of working abroad.
  • At least 2 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
  • Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.
  • Willing to undergo Japanese language training from beginner level up to N4.
  • Fast learner with a positive and responsible attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn Japanese workplace practices and technical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify the causes of equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to help ensure reliable equipment operation.
  • Inspect electrical components, wiring, connections, switches, and control systems.
  • Assist with installation, testing, adjustment, and replacement of electrical components.
  • Use appropriate electrical tools and testing equipment safely.
  • Follow technical instructions, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety standards.
  • Report equipment defects, electrical problems, and maintenance requirements to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditions.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Work with engineers, technicians, and other maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform other electrical maintenance duties as assigned by management.
