Electrical Foreman

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring installations, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience in supervising electricians and apprentices in project or construction environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, electrical standards, and occupational safety regulations.
• Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and project timelines effectively.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction or industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks and monitoring daily performance.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings to plan wiring layouts and installation activities.
• Coordinate project execution and adjust work schedules to meet construction deadlines and operational requirements.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular onsite safety meetings and enforce occupational safety regulations.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and project progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Prepare daily reports, manpower records, and project documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to team members when necessary.
