Job Vacancy: Deputy Line Leader

Jaddarah Workforce Services Co. is hiring experienced Deputy Line Leaders to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role assists the Line Leader in supervising production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, meeting production targets, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Deputy Line Leader
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related working experience.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must have experience working in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Line Leader in managing daily production line operations.
- Supervise operators and production staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Monitor production output to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment issues and downtime resolution.
- Conduct basic checks on production processes and report abnormalities.
- Support training and guidance of production workers on proper procedures.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline on the production line.
- Implement company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
