CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Age requirement: 25 to 45 years old.
  • Male applicants only.
  • Must have experience working in an EPF (Expanded Polystyrene Factory) / Styrofoam Factory.
  • Previous experience operating cutting machines or similar industrial equipment is required.
  • Knowledge of EPS block production processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to monitor machine operations and identify basic issues.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and production details.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate block cutting machines to produce EPS blocks according to production requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation during production.
  • Perform basic machine checks and report equipment issues or abnormalities.
  • Ensure EPS products meet required quality and production standards.
  • Follow proper machine operating procedures and workplace safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with routine machine maintenance and operational checks.
  • Record production information and report issues to supervisors.
  • Work closely with production teams to achieve daily targets.
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
