Job Description

• Prepare copper tubing and fittings for brazing by cleaning, deburring, and applying flux to ensure proper adhesion and flow of brazing material.
• Set up brazing equipment, including torches, regulators, hoses, and brazing rods, and adjust settings for optimal performance and safety.
• Heat copper components evenly and apply brazing filler metal to create strong, watertight seals between joints, using appropriate brazing techniques and procedures.
• Monitor brazing process, control heat input, and maintain proper joint clearances to prevent overheating, distortion, or damage to materials.
