Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Training in a variety of welding techniques
• Ability to speak Arabic or English at an acceptable level

Job Description

• Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting the job
• Sourcing the materials to be used
• Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
• Welding materials using the correct material and the proper technique to join the metals together
• Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints
• Ensuring that the welded joints meet the required specifications and standards
• Works with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Works in a variety of settings such as factories, construction sites, and workshops
• Adheres to established safety and protection policies and procedures
• Performs any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor/manager
