Cooking Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in any related field.
• Willing to undergo Japanese language training.
• Willing to be assigned to a luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong hygiene and food safety awareness.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to company and hotel standards.
• Assist in food preparation including cutting, portioning, and seasoning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in all kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety standards and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Support senior kitchen staff in daily cooking operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen organization and workflow efficiency.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards required by the hotel.
• Monitor ingredient quality and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
