International Marketing Jan Kula W Spadku is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as a Cook specializing in European Cuisine in Poland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of European dishes, maintaining food quality and presentation, following kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Applicants should have at least three years of cooking experience and demonstrate knowledge of different European cuisines.

COOK (European Cuisine)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25–40 years old.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Cook.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing different types of European cuisine.
• Must possess a valid passport.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of European dishes according to recipes, menus, and established quality standards.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, seasoning, and organizing food items.
• Apply appropriate cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, baking, frying, sautéing, and boiling.
• Ensure that meals are properly cooked, attractively presented, and served at the required standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion sizes, food quality, and presentation.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and food storage conditions to maintain food safety.
• Follow kitchen sanitation, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
