Concrete Vacuum Pipe Handler – 12.5 Ton
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- At least a High School Graduate
- Male applicants are preferred
- Experience in:
- Oil & Gas Projects
- Petrochemical Facilities
- Refineries
- Heavy Industrial Projects
- Experience operating vacuum lifting equipment, pipe handling systems, or similar heavy equipment is an advantage
- TESDA or other technical training certificates are an advantage
- Must have valid proof of experience such as:
- Certificate(s) of Employment (COE)
- Driverโs License (if applicable)
- Other supporting employment documents
- Overseas experience is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and lifting operations
Responsibilities:
- Operate a 12.5-ton concrete vacuum pipe handling system to safely lift, transport, and position concrete pipes.
- Unload concrete pipes from trucks and accurately move them to designated storage areas or installation locations.
- Position pipes directly into excavated trenches according to project requirements and specifications.
- Maintain safe lifting operations by minimizing manual handling and eliminating the need for personnel to attach chains, slings, or guide pipes manually.
- Conduct routine inspections of vacuum pumps, seals, hydraulic systems, batteries, hoses, and warning devices.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment defects or operational issues immediately.
- Ensure proper positioning and alignment of pipes during installation activities.
- Follow all lifting procedures, safety regulations, and site-specific operational requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, signalmen, and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain equipment operation logs and inspection records as required.
