Concrete Vacuum Pipe Handler – 12.5 Ton

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• At least a High School Graduate
• Male applicants are preferred
• Experience in:
  • Oil & Gas Projects
  • Petrochemical Facilities
  • Refineries
  • Heavy Industrial Projects
• Experience operating vacuum lifting equipment, pipe handling systems, or similar heavy equipment is an advantage
• TESDA or other technical training certificates are an advantage
• Must have valid proof of experience such as:
  • Certificate(s) of Employment (COE)
  • Driver’s License (if applicable)
  • Other supporting employment documents
• Overseas experience is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and lifting operations

Responsibilities:

• Operate a 12.5-ton concrete vacuum pipe handling system to safely lift, transport, and position concrete pipes.
• Unload concrete pipes from trucks and accurately move them to designated storage areas or installation locations.
• Position pipes directly into excavated trenches according to project requirements and specifications.
• Maintain safe lifting operations by minimizing manual handling and eliminating the need for personnel to attach chains, slings, or guide pipes manually.
• Conduct routine inspections of vacuum pumps, seals, hydraulic systems, batteries, hoses, and warning devices.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment defects or operational issues immediately.
• Ensure proper positioning and alignment of pipes during installation activities.
• Follow all lifting procedures, safety regulations, and site-specific operational requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, signalmen, and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain equipment operation logs and inspection records as required.
