Home Bakery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Commi 3 to join our professional kitchen team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality in a fast-paced bakery and restaurant environment.

COMMI 3

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a kitchen environment.
• Must hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, knife skills, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to assist in mise en place, ingredient preparation, and basic cooking under supervision.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow standard recipes and procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to recipes, quality standards, and instructions from the Head Chef.
• Perform mise en place, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and basic cooking tasks.
• Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section at all times.
• Properly store ingredients and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in accordance with kitchen regulations.
• Support senior kitchen staff during service and food production.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
