We are looking for reliable and technically skilled CNC professionals who are interested in long-term employment in the Czech Republic and have experience working in industrial production environments.

CNC Setter / CNC Machine Set-up Operator

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 25 to 45 years old.
• High school or vocational school graduate.
• Previous experience working with CNC machines in an industrial production environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Knowledge of CNC programming languages and machine operating procedures.
• Experience in CNC machine setup, adjustment, and production operations.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and basic machine adjustments.
• Good technical and mechanical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify production irregularities and ensure that machine operations meet required specifications.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to work in a long-term employment arrangement.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, production schedules, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare CNC machines for production based on technical drawings, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine components required for specific production tasks.
• Configure machine settings and make basic adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
• Operate CNC machines and monitor production processes to ensure that manufactured parts meet required specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements to guide machine setup and production.
• Check finished components using appropriate measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Perform routine quality checks and identify dimensional inaccuracies, defects, or production irregularities.
• Make basic machine adjustments when necessary to maintain product quality and production accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance and report technical problems, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain proper handling of tools, materials, and finished products.
• Keep the machine and assigned workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow production procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and other team members to meet production targets.
• Perform other related CNC setup and production duties as assigned.
