Borderless Talent is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our client’s team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC programming, particularly with Mazak control systems, and a strong background in the metal industry.

CNC Programmer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Proficient in Mazak control systems within the metal industry.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for metalworking machinery.
• Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machining processes.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
