Grapecare LTD. is seeking skilled and reliable CNC Press Machine Operators (Aluminum) to operate and monitor CNC press machinery used in aluminum component production. The successful candidates will be responsible for machine setup, material handling, production monitoring, quality inspection, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining safe and efficient machine operations according to technical drawings and production specifications.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
• High School Graduate at minimum.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating CNC machines, preferably CNC press brake machines.
• Proven ability to set up, adjust, operate, and monitor CNC machinery.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Able to monitor the correct functioning of CNC machines throughout the shift.
• Experience handling and processing aluminum materials is an advantage.
• Experienced in visual inspection of finished products and identification of surface defects.
• Able to check product dimensions using appropriate measuring gauges and inspection tools.
• Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and production specifications.
• Able to identify and sort non-conforming aluminum products.
• Good understanding of CNC machine operation, setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to recognize machine malfunctions and report technical problems promptly.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, handling, and moving aluminum materials and finished components.
• Able to work efficiently during scheduled shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, disciplined, hardworking, and willing to follow production instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor CNC press machines according to technical drawings and production specifications.
• Prepare CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and work areas before starting production.
• Load and unload aluminum materials and finished components safely and efficiently.
• Position aluminum materials correctly before pressing or forming operations.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and machine settings according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine operation throughout the shift to ensure consistent and efficient production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, measurements, and production instructions.
• Check machine settings and make necessary adjustments to maintain required production specifications.
• Perform visual inspections of finished aluminum products for quality and workmanship.
• Measure finished parts using appropriate measuring gauges and inspection tools.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances against technical drawings and required specifications.
• Identify surface defects, deformation, incorrect dimensions, and other quality issues in aluminum products.
• Sort and separate non-conforming products from acceptable finished parts.
• Report defective products, production irregularities, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Monitor the correct functioning of CNC equipment and identify abnormal machine operation.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, tool problems, and equipment defects.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and routine checks as required.
• Keep CNC machines, tools, and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Follow established production procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Handle aluminum materials and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain proper production and quality records when required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other production workers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Assist with changeovers, tool adjustments, and production preparation when required.
• Perform other CNC machine operation and production-related duties assigned by management.
