CNC OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and/or CNC lathes.
- Good knowledge of technical drawings and precision measuring instruments.
- Good computer and technical skills with the ability to operate CNC equipment.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and machining requirements.
- Set up CNC machines, load materials, and adjust machine parameters as required.
- Use measuring instruments and inspection tools to check dimensions and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting when required.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized machining area.
