CNC OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Proven experience operating CNC milling machines and/or CNC lathes.
  • Good knowledge of technical drawings and precision measuring instruments.
  • Good computer and technical skills with the ability to operate CNC equipment.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and machining requirements.
  • Set up CNC machines, load materials, and adjust machine parameters as required.
  • Use measuring instruments and inspection tools to check dimensions and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
  • Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and production efficiency.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting when required.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized machining area.
