HEAD BUILDER

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least a high school graduate.
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Building Foreman, Site Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general construction methods, materials, and building procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and task-allocation skills.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to identify and resolve construction and site-related issues efficiently.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Ensure that construction work follows approved plans, building procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor the use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to identify defects, errors, or deviations from specifications.
• Identify and resolve construction-related problems and report major issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and promote safe working practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure that construction activities meet established deadlines.
• Maintain proper site organization and communicate work progress to management.
• Ensure that workers follow instructions and comply with applicable site rules and procedures.

Salary Package:

• Salary starts at €780 net monthly.
• Forty-eight (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• One (1) year contract.
