CNC MACHINIST (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery and use precision measuring instruments.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision-machined parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
• Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow quality control procedures.
• Observe workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other machining and production-related tasks as assigned.
