Al-Iman Gasket Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machine Operator for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate and monitor CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision metal components according to specified dimensions, drawings, and production requirements.

CNC LATHE MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of field working experience in CNC lathe operation or related machining work.
• Maximum age 40 years old.
• Practical experience operating CNC turning/lathe machines.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and machine operations.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and production specifications.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate components.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine settings, offsets, and tooling adjustments.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to production requirements.
• Load and secure raw materials and workpieces correctly into the machine.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and tooling.
• Follow technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and CNC programs.
• Monitor CNC machining operations and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
• Adjust cutting speeds, feeds, offsets, and tooling parameters when required.
• Perform turning, facing, boring, drilling, threading, and other CNC machining operations.
• Measure and inspect finished components using appropriate precision measuring instruments.
• Check machined parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and other specifications.
• Identify defects or machining problems and make appropriate corrections.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to keep CNC equipment operating properly.
• Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and inserts when required.
• Maintain clean and organized machines and work areas.
• Follow production schedules and quality control procedures.
• Observe all company safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Report machine faults, tooling issues, and production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform other CNC machining and production duties as assigned.
