Civil Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical documents.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and supervise a team effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise civil construction activities, including structural works, foundations, concreting, and finishing works.
• Ensure all civil works are executed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor site activities, workforce performance, and resource allocation.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
• Identify issues on-site and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and schedule.
• Prepare reports on project progress, site activities, and any incidents or delays.
