Saudi Pan Kingdom Company (SAPAC) is seeking experienced Civil Engineers to support major infrastructure and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, earthworks analysis, project billing, and technical coordination using Civil 3D and other engineering software while ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with client specifications.

CIVIL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure, highways, or large-scale construction projects.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and quantity take-off methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks calculations, construction drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Experience in project billing, client invoicing, and subcontractor payment certification.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D to extract accurate material quantities and verify engineering design data.
• Analyze earthworks, including cut and fill calculations, to support project planning and execution.
• Perform precise quantity take-offs for civil and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare monthly progress billings, client invoices, and subcontractor payment certificates.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues and design changes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure engineering works comply with approved plans, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Assist in evaluating project variations, cost estimates, and quantity adjustments.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned by management.
